Saturday 28 Jul 2018 – Basalt to Frisco
On the way to Frisco we stopped in Glenwood Springs and road
the Glenwood Canyon bike path that follows the Colorado River through the 15-mile
canyon. The path also follows a rail line and Interstate 70. If you include
people rafting parts of the Colorado, this is an impressive 4-mode transportation
corridor.

We stopped for lunch with Tucson friends, Ed and Linda
Rogoff, at Northside Kitchen in Avon. Ed and Linda rent in Avon for the summer to
enjoy biking and golf. They’ll visit us in Frisco to do a ride next week.
